The Art of Fitness LLC is dedicated to offering quality Pilates and Gyrotonic Expansion System® in a challenging and safe environment. The Art of Fitness LLC is a Pilates Teacher Training Center and offers Educational Workshops. The team of teachers are fully certified and participate regularly in continuing education seminars. Each teacher has experience working with healthy individuals as well as sports or age related injuries, pre and post-natal women, and seniors.
