Open during the winter season, Highlands Ale House is located slope side at the base of the Aspen Highlands.

They offer appetizers such as cheesy bread, chicken fingers and loaded nachos, soups and salad, a variety of sandwiches and pizza, and for "mains," IPA mac & cheese, seared wild salmon and schnitzel-style elk.

They've got plenty of draft beers available, as well as micro beers, imported beers and wine by the glass.
