Hickory House Aspen is located on the corner of Main Street and SixthStreet, just 9 blocks west of the Hotel Jerome, and about that many blocks to the gondola which takes folks up Aspen Mountain.

Founded in 1988, Hickory House has entered, and won, several national and internation rib cook-off competitions.

They've got plenty of items on their menu besides ribs, of course. Starters include Sweet Potato "Tots" and Fried Chicken Fingers, a variety of Giant Salads and sandwiches, and they've got steaks - Cowboy Ribeye, Angus Filet, and New York Strip Center Cut.
