The owner, Steve McKenney, has been its chef for 14 years, and has been catering in Aspen for 10 more years prior to its founding. Food is a passion of his - he takes it very seriously. To him, it's an art. Expect fresh, high quality and beautifully presented courses - each European inspired and prepared from scratch.
