bb's (yes, they spell it bb's!), is located on the second floor of the building at 525 East Cooper Avenue. Situated in the center of Aspen, it's next to Ralph Lauren, and a block and a half walk to Gondola Plaza.

bb's offers an elegant dining room for indoor dining, a rooftop patio where guests can enjoy a glass of wine and soak in mountani scenery, and a lounge with floor-to-ceiling windows, which servies cocktails and craft beers. There's also live music on Thursday, Friday and Saturday.

Chef Jeff Casagrande prepares his dishes using fresh ingredients acquired locally. His signature dishes are lemon-ricotta pancakes and duck chilaquiles. bb's is partners with Monterey Bay Aquarium’s Seafood Watch and only sustainable seafood is on the menu.

Other items on the menu include wild boar bolognese, duck confit cassoulet, and brandt beef flat iron steak.
