Acquolina is a trattoria, which simply means an Italian restaurant, and a pizzeria. It delivers an informal atmosphere which is nevertheless elegant. Their goal is to immerse their clientele in the "Italian experience" from the moment they enter to the moment they leave with a vow to come back again. Aquolina also plays host to private parties.

Open for dinner, year round, their extensive menu features a wide variety of antipasti and focacce, such as burrata and grilled calamari, and salads such as "Cesare" and "Mediterranea." Visitors will find pastas of all kinds here, including housemade tarozzi, lasagna, fettuccine, and ravioli. Their thin crust personal pizzas embrace the Italian tradition, with such offerings as the Capra with pesto, grilled artichokes, goat cheese and pine nuts, the Pollo with roasted chicken, the Parmigiana with eggplant, and the Funghi with wild mushrooms.  This is a must stop dining experience!
