ink! Coffee is a Denver based coffee shop chain, the first location of which is right here in Aspen. Ink! partners with Socially Conscious Coffee®, a non-profit that provides education, health care and envitonmental programs to the most economically disadvantaged people in the coffee supply chain - harversters and their families. They strive to sustain communities with the help of socially conscious coffee purchases from Brazil and Ethiopia. Ink! believes that each cup matters, and each is prepared with a unique hand-roasting method with the help of Aspen's altitude. As well as specialty coffee and smoothies, they offer breakfast, lunch and miscellaneous snacks and goodies.

Jour de Fête, located adjacent to the City Market since 1988, has sit down dining as well as carry out for breakfast, lunch and dinner.  Guests love to nosh while sitting on their covered patio, watching the world go by. They offer homestyle cooking and bill themselves as “your mother’s kitchen away from home”.

Kenichi Aspen, located at the corner of Hopkins and Hunter streets, has been serving contemporary Asian cuisine, including sushi, since 1991.

The Krabloonik Restaurant has been praised for its high class lunches and dinners. Its location has magnificent views of Mt. Daly and Capitol Peak where guests can watch the ritual of the sled dog teams that go on a journey through Snowmass backcountry. The ride which is included with the meal, interests most guests but that along with great choices from elk, wild boar, buffalo ribeye make Krabloonik a fine place to dine.

Tiziano Gortan’s culinary career began at the age of thirteen working in a kitchen for a little family restaurant, Trattoria Da Furlan just outside his home place, Udine. After a few years of culinary school and training in several different places, at the age of seventeen he spent eight months working at S. Domenico in Imola, a two Michelin stars restaurant.

Little Ollie’s Chinese Restaurant has been serving customers for over 18 years in Aspen, Colorado. Following the tradition of Asian cultures, Little Ollie’s provides a family style dining experience by offering plentiful portions designed to be shared. 

As inspired as their Snowmass address, the restaurants and dining selections at Viceroy Snowmass appeal to formal palates and simple appetites alike. Accented by the freshest regionally sourced and organic ingredients, seasonal Aspen area menus complement and characterize the settings where they are served.

This Aspen Bakery is located right across from the Airport, and is open for Breakfast and Lunch. Louis' Swiss Pastry Inc. are the suppliers of most of the fresh baked goods in town. 

Lynn Britt Cabin is located just below the Midway Loading Station of the Village Express Lift at the end of Velvet Falls. The restaurant combines elegance, Western ambiance and gourmet cuisine with the beauty and seclusion of an on-mountain restaurant. 

Maru Aspen brings Japanese infusion to Aspen. Listed as one of the top Japanese restaurants in Aspen, items on the menu include sushi, lobster, scallops, oysters, miso soup, and tempura.

Located within a 120-year old Main Street Victorian house in downtown Aspen, Matsuhisa Aspen opened in 1998 as the first Matsuhisa location outside of Chef Nobu’s original Beverly Hills restaurant.

Downstairs you’ll find the main dining room complete with a natural walnut cocktail bar, bamboo wrapped ceilings and a sushi bar that spans half of the length of the room. Matsuhisa Upstairs offers indoor and outdoor (seasonal) seating in a casual setting with an intimate sushi bar.

Chef Nobu’s new-style Japanese cuisine draws influence from his classical training in Tokyo and his life abroad in Peru, Argentina, and around the world, showcasing signature dishes such as Yellowtail Sashimi with Jalapeño, Black Cod Miso and White fish Tiradito.

Nestled in the Aspen Airport Business Center, Aspen’s most adored chef and party professional, Mawa McQueen,  showcases Afro-Parisian hospitality through hands-on instruction and a menu of delicious services: event catering and staffing, personalized meal planning, tailored cooking school, and more. Mawa's kitchen features fresh, local ingredients and spans global cuisines from Mediterranean and Moroccan to Thai, French, and Latin. More intimate than any restaurant in town, Mawa’s Kitchen boasts a chic, cozy dining room just steps from her stove.

Located on “Restaurant Row” in Aspen, the Restaurant and Farm Shop offers artisan cheeses, cured meats, , seafood, local produce and flowers in season, fresh baked bread, curated dry goods and an assortment of hand selected vintage and new housewares.
